The Role: As Senior Manager - Crop Protection, you will be responsible for: ● The primary responsibility of this position is to build a strong topline and bottomline in the CP business category. ● You will work on creating a strong portfolio for AgroStar’s customers. Build and maintain relationships with brands across various companies. Build strategies for achieving targets pertaining to sales. ● Work closely with the Direct Sales, Farm Solution & Marketing team for achieving sales targets. ● To monitor and track product movement, category contribution and develop strategies to liquidate slow movers and distress inventory with regional sales teams and initiate actions. ● Study and analyze customer requirements,trends and plan product launches and portfolio expansion .


Qualifications we look for: ● Minimum 6 to 9 years’ of experience in the Agrochemical industry. MBA Agri Business Preferred (Product/Brand Manager or Zonal Marketing Manager) ● Strong and in-depth CP market & Geography knowledge.Preference to candidate having strong work experience in Western & Central India ● Excellent interpersonal skills can work well with cross functional team members and can manage sales remotely . ● Good Presentation and Communication skills. ● Desired personality traits of being a self-learner, collaborator and extra miler. ● Strong in numbers and has strategic ability to drive results. ● Ready to travel extensively to rural locations.
