The Role: As the Creative Head, you will need to :

  • Own Brand marketing, creatives and design, Video Production, and copywriting. 
  • Quickly understand and interpret business needs and briefs and turn them into compelling creative solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members and take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under you across web, print, and digital marketing collaterals.
  • Have strong people management and leadership skills in order to hire, develop, and inspire the creative team.
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with the creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
  • Meet budget standards by forecasting and managing expenses

Qualifications we look for :

  • 7+ years of related experience with 4+ years of creative direction in an agency or corporate setting
  • Past experience in  creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, and mobile, but also understanding offline and print
  • Proven experience with concept development
  • Highly skilled in leading a team of creative talent
  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
