The Role: As, Manager -  Finance & Accounts, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensure all costs incurred are properly recorded
  • Review journal entries, account balance reconciliations and report preparation
  • Participate in strategic financial projects like implementation of ERP software, vendor financing.
  • Prepare monthly analysis before releasing the MIS to respective teams with all details/schedules
  • Attend statutory auditors, internal and external auditors
  • Manage and monitor the daily operations of the accounting and finance departments
  • Ensure ways to have effective payments systems and faster turnarounds
  • Implement and monitor controls around purchase & inventory.
  • Ensuring adherence to all statutory compliances.
  • Interact with relevant stakeholders to produce timely, efficient and accurate month-end close
  • Should have the ability to analyse, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able to make sound judgments based on this information

Qualifications/Competencies we look for: 

  • Qualified CA/CMA.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable & Inventory Accounting, Margin Analysis
  • Previous team management experience (Preferably in P2P & Inventory Management)
  • Ability to plan and organize well, with great attention to detail
  • Previous experience of Microsoft NAV preferred.
  • Experience of having worked in a fast-paced environment preferred.
