The Role: As, a Senior Talent Specialist, you will be responsible for: 

  • Partner with Talent Team, and Hiring Managers to have the right hire in place
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment, delivering a great experience to both candidates and the business including sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates
  • Test out new approaches to talent attraction, experiment with technology, and always focus on improving our processes
  • Market and Hire talent by attending networking events, e-meetups, etc.
  • Be a talent advisor to instill a culture of recruiting among your business groups; promote engagement and best practices across the hiring process
  • Hold accountability for hiring for the Business Units.

Qualifications we look for:

  • Post-graduate diploma/degree in business management with specialization in HR
  • Relevant work experience of 2-4 years in recruitment, 
  • Excellent convincing skills
