The Role: As Manager - Training, you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing training across verticals at AgroStar: Agri Advisory Center, Customer Experience. Last Mile Delivery Partners and Retail. Primarily focused on Sales and Customer Experience.
  • Understand the gap, identify training needs and prepare a plan including relevant and compelling content for the same across 5 states - Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. 
  • Planning and conducting onboarding sessions and in-depth training for our new hire employees both Agri Advisory Center & field officers and retailers (Saathi Partners). 
  • Own end-to-end responsibility and delivery of Process, Sales Experience, CX, Product  & System training for our Agstars.
  • Drive behavioral, grooming, soft skills, and professional development training to help develop the competency of existing employees.
  • Work on TNI, TNA, and TNE
  • Own the Performance Enhancement Program (PEP) from a training content and delivery perspective.
  • Track the performance of the Bottom performers and coach accordingly based on inputs received from the quality team and their respective KPI / KRA performance.
  • Ensure regular business stakeholder interactions to  understand the need and conduct the relevant training sessions 
  • Content development for the training sessions, work on and review all the training material. Keep it updated at all times. 
  • Assist with the development of strategic plans around people & competency development to support business
  • Provide direction in finding creative solutions for the training and development of people, through a variety of different learning methods including mentoring and coaching
  • Develop evaluation and validation instruments to collate and interpret data, assessing operation training needs and training program effectiveness
  • Recruit, Lead, teach, onboard, and evaluate trainers.
  • Prepare and present reports on training program & trainer KPIs

Qualifications we look for:

    • Preferably 6 - 8 years of prior experience in leading training programs at large-scale organizations, new age start-ups, and ability to assess training needs.
    • Extremely good in content development based on business requirements and inputs from stakeholders.
    • A background in working with Sales oriented organizations or roles will be an added advantage.
    • A creative thinker, is someone who can think on his / her feet and out of the box.
    • Should be a TTT and Certified trainer 
    • Smart communication skills and a great storyteller.
    • Must be a Graduate from any stream, post-graduation will be preferred.
